New Longton Village Hall was built in 1979, is a registered charity, managed by a Management Committee. It is pleasantly situated in a rural setting, off Chapel Lane at the end of Boundary Close, in the centre of New Longton. The hall is readily accessible from the M61, M65 and from junction 29 of the M6. It is just off the A59 Preston to Liverpool road and is conveniently situated for those living in all the surrounding villages of South Ribble.
The village hall provides a modern community facility for the inhabitants of New Longton and the surrounding area. It has excellent free car parking facilities for up to 50 cars, with spaces for disabled drivers and wheelchair access at the main entrance. The car park is bordered by football pitches, a cricket field and Longton Brook.
